In Person FCPO Meeting – New Location

Blessings everyone,
I know SO many have looked forward to the day that we can come together again and it is finally here!! I can’t wait to see all of you! This has been such a difficult time and I have felt it. This is a great opportunity for some much needed fellowship and healing to take place.
Please read below for some important information:
NEW LOCATION: We will be meeting at Christ Journey Kendall located at: 14266 SW 119th Ave, Miami, FL 33186
We will be meeting on Saturday, March 20th, at 6 PM.
- Christ Journey follows the current CDC guidelines, so PLEASE wear your mask.
- We will try to continue sharing via Zoom for those who cannot attend or who are not feeling well.
- We will not have child care available, for now.
- We will not be able to serve food, for now.
I know you probably have questions, so I will do my best to answer them. We will not be meeting at the PBA because they are not hosting events for now. I also know that many of you live down South and this may be a blessing to be closer to your homes. I was reminded that Jesus moved always. This door opening was 10000% God ordained.
We are meeting on Saturdays because many were tired when we met via Zoom on Friday nights. Since we are only meeting once a month, you will hopefully be able to enjoy our time together without being exhausted.
Wearing masks. I know many have strong opinions about the masks, but please understand: Christ Journey has opened this incredible door for us at no cost, so we need to respect that they are following CDC guidelines, which mandate mask wearing while in the building.
Recently, I was speaking to a friend about the frustration many have about wearing masks and not being able to connect with God, and he said, “Imagine the challenges and limitations Jesus felt while being in the flesh.”
It is ultimately up to you, but I hope you can deal with wearing a mask for a limited time.
