“Obey God and leave all the consequences to Him.”–Dr. Charles Stanley
The other day, I was blessed to see Matt Larsh. He was the Miami-Dade Motorman who crashed in Doral and which many of you were praying for. On April 21st, he marked one year since his accident. Praise God he is doing well! He still has some issues he is working through, but I’m praying for complete restoration. Many have said he was given a second chance and he was. He is a miracle like another brother of ours, Carlos. Hearing about second chances, I wonder how many of us have been given a second chance? I’ve met a few people over the years who were pulled from death’s grip, like Matt, but I have also met many who have been pulled out of other grips. We have all been given second chances in one way or another, and the question that always comes up for me is…. What have we done with that second chance?
Think about your second or third or fourth chance. What has changed in your life? What have you done with that blessing?
Humbled to serve,
Jorge
