Great morning family!
I know you are probably saying, It is not morning. But, since I had to work midnights for Memorial Day Weekend, this for me is, indeed, good morning…
Today, many of you will be able to enjoy some time with your friends and family, but I ask that you take a moment to pray for all the families who have lost a loved one who served our country and for the many who are in this email group, who served and lost friends.
I am so grateful for those in the military. Earlier today, I sent a message to some friends and told them how blessed we are that we can share Jesus and have no fear of being killed like in other countries. Because of those who have selflessly fought for our country, we have this freedom.
Later this week, I will share more about the prayer tent, but what happened this weekend was only done by prayer. The peace that fell on our city was beyond measure. He moved in a mighty way. So, let’s keep praying. Even if you don’t feel it will make a difference or if you are not feeling up to it, pray. It is through His strength and not ours that He moves. He wants to hear from each of us.
And to all of the military personnel on here, current and retired. THANK YOU!!
