Dear Officer,
Today is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. As Law Enforcement Officers, we have been facing adversity after adversity, but in this chaos, I need you to know that there are many, not only in this email group but in our community, who love and appreciate you. I often get text messages telling me: “be careful” or “we are praying for you.” This message is not only for me, but for all LEOs. You have more support than you know.
Remember, you matter: “MY FAMILY MATTERS, MY CHILDREN, MY PARTNER, MY COUNTRY MATTERS, AND ALL THOSE WHO I PROTECT MATTER, AND BECAUSE OF THAT I MATTER.”
God knew you before you were formed. He is with you and will not forsake you. Hold your hand up high. He is there with you in the chaos. You matter to God.
My family and I pray for all of you every night. May God keep His great hand over each of you and your families.
