Psalm 56:3-4: When I am afraid, I put my trust in You. In God, whose word I praise—in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?
A couple of months ago, I purchased a desk. I read the reviews and the only negative was the complexity of building it. I was told about a company that comes out to build it for you and being that my desk building abilities are severely limited, I decided to get this service. The gentleman that came saw my police memorabilia in my office and asked if I was on the force. I said yes and he thanked me for my service. As we spoke, he shared that he was a veteran. He was an Army Ranger and had fought in the Vietnam War. I thanked him for his service. I told him we could not do what we are doing if it were not for the brave men and women like him.
I want to thank all of the veterans who read this. I’m so ever grateful for all that you have done and for many continue to do. May God bless each of you and your families. Know that we are humbled and honored by your love.
Humbled to serve,
Jorge
