Mark 16:5 As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. 6 “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here.

Today is what it is all about! Jesus stepped down from His throne, took on flesh, endured unjust accusations and beatings, and was ultimately crucified for each one of us. He willingly gave Himself up and bore all the sins of the world for the past, the present, and the future. He took this unimaginable pain because He loves us so much. And then He defeated death, so that each of us may have the opportunity to spend an eternity with Him. What abounding love!
Praying today that we would have no doubt that if He was able to conquer death, He can conquer whatever we are struggling with. Many came to see, but the tomb was empty. Will you allow Him to empty your tomb?
