Studies show that laughing reduces stress, but smiling and laughing are also ways we can bless each other while keeping ourselves healthy! It’s not always easy, especially during these difficult times, but I promise you that even in this storm, a smile or a laugh can do wonders. Today, smile and laugh with your friends and family.
