2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.
Good morning family,
This past weekend, I woke up one night because I was cold. I had apparently taken off the sheets and comforter throughout the night. I grabbed both sheets and comforter and covered myself, but at that moment, I was still cold. I knew, though, that I would warm up because I was covered. I was able to fall back asleep with peace, knowing by being covered, I was protected from the cold.
Let me turn a corner. How would our life look if we truly walked by faith and not by sight? What if we truly trusted in God, so that no matter what lay before us, we could walk in peace knowing that He is covering us? We often do not understand what lies in front of us, but trust that God loves you SO much that He sent His son to die for you. He shed His blood to cover you from the cold that we sometimes see in this world.
May you walk out this week knowing that you are covered by The Most High! Jesus Christ!
