Good morning family,
Blessed Palm Sunday and World Autism Awareness Day!
Matthew 21:10-11: When Jesus had entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred and asked, ‘Who is this?’ The crowds replied, ‘This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.’
Last week, I spoke with a friend who shared with me that he was so busy with family, work and other things that he felt he couldn’t keep up. I shared with him that I too had an overwhelming day and his message reminded me that I needed to slow down and allow God to take some of what is on my plate. What is funny is that this friend of mine often tells me that I need to slow down. So, in that same vein, as a brother in Christ to all of you and as a reflection on my life, I offer this in love: Reflect on what is taking up so much of your time and its value that you cannot stop to wonder at God’s presence in your life. As we quickly enter this week leading to the death and resurrection of Jesus, may we sit in that presence and love of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. And may His peace transcend our busyness so that we can witness His greatness.
And to all of the amazing families out there who have children, family members or friends on the spectrum, may God’s blessings be upon you and may your loved ones know how truly special they are.
I found a ministry called Autism 4 Christ. It seems to have some good information if you are seeking some additional guidance in your journey.

Deuteronomy 31:8 Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.”
