Dear Miami-Dade FCPO,
Please allow me to encourage each of you to prayerfully consider being a part of this Mission Minded Ministry Opportunity. If we start looking at everything that appears upside down in our world right now we are tempted to throw up our hands and say “what’s the use! It’s just too big! What can I do?” This is a tactic Saten and his demons use to get us off focus and mission. God has placed each of you exactly where you are today for His purpose and it appears He is opening a big door for you to do His will. Don’t miss it.
As much as I would love to see FCPO membership grow and all or our 262 chapters be vibrant and active, that’s not what it’s all about. It comes down to souls for the Kingdom. We want to see the lost saved and the saved to be discipled so they can stand firm and be bold. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” We are to stand firm in our faith. Psalm 119:89 says, “Your eternal word, O Lord, stands firm in heaven.” 1 Corinthians 16:13 says, “Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong.” Ephesians 6:10-13 says, “Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.”
I pray that all of you make an effort to be a part of this. Stand firm and be bold but remember to do this with gentleness and respect with all humility. You are after all representing Christ. I can’t wait to hear all the stories of all the divine appointments God has prepared for you.
