It is over.

Have you ever felt like that? Or maybe that is how you are feeling today. It’s over. I can’t anymore. All my hope is gone or buried.

That is what the apostles felt—their Lord, their King of Kings, the One that would set everything right was beaten, crucified and would die like a regular man. Even though they had walked with Jesus, eaten with Jesus and saw Him perform countless miracles, they still… felt it was over. But all of that would change.

Jesus overcame and took with Him every limitation this world has to offer. If you are in a hard place today, remember that Jesus’ apostles, His chosen ones, were there also. Our daily struggles are real, but it is not over. When the Apostles thought it was all over, they would soon realize they were mistaken. So if you are reading this today, know that you have overcome and are able as a child of The Most High. Give it to Him and allow Him to raise your eyes from the tomb—from “it is over”—to the Victory of Jesus.

Praying with you.

Isaiah 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing]; The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him, And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed.

A humble servant,

Jorge
