1 Peter 2:12 Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us.

Great morning family,

I pray all of you had a restful weekend. I wanted to share a couple of things about the subject of today’s devotional. First thing I wanted to share is how proud I am of my wife. She had her second children’s book, Isabel and Her Colores Go to School, published last year, but moments like this past weekend remind me how proud I am of her. She attended a conference in West Palm Beach for authors, which was amazing in itself. But when we were up there she was advised that a teacher and some students from a local elementary school created a chalk street painting of her book because it touched their hearts so much.

I had an opportunity to witness these young children and adults pour so much love into the painting (Picture Below).

The cover is beautiful, the illustrator did an incredible job with it, and what is written within the pages brings hope.

As Chrisitans we are called to be different. When people see our “cover” they should see something different. And as they get to know us, read what is within us, they should see Jesus.

What does your cover say about you? What do people see as they turn through the pages of your life? If it is not perfect, it is okay. We all fall short, but take the blessing of each day to work on the cover and more importantly, it’s content.

Have a blessed week everyone!

Humbled to serve,

Jorge
