John 6:35 “I am the bread of life,” Jesus told them. “No one who comes to me will ever be hungry, and no one who believes in me will ever be thirsty again.
Blessings family,
A few years ago I saw an interview of a famous quarterback, Tom Brady. In the interview he made the following comment: “I think, God, there has got to be more than this.” At this point he had won three Super Bowl championships, was extremely famous and rich, but none of that was enough. He felt like there had to be more. All the fame, accomplishments and money were unable to fulfill what he truly needed to bring him complete joy.
In the past few weeks, I’ve seen a few videos pop up with a similar theme. There’s got to be more. We as believers know there is Someone out there that is so much more than this world has to offer–and that is Jesus Christ. But many do not. This is why we need to be a beacon for those who don’t know Jesus. Merriam-Webster defines a beacon as: “A lighthouse or other signal for guidance.” There are almost 400 of you in this email group and each of you can be a beacon for Jesus; you can be a lighthouse for people seeking more.
Praying that each of you would be a beacon, a guide to Jesus wherever you are today.
Humbled to serve,
Jorge
