Happy Valentine’s Day family!!
The verse above was today’s bible verse. I have read and heard this verse a thousand times. I’ve heard it used for anniversaries, I’ve read it on greeting cards, and It was even read at my wedding. But today when I read it, it hit me as if God was speaking to me. I know these are His words, but I guess I’ve become accustomed to hearing it at our level and not at His level. I had forgotten how through these words, His words, He is teaching us how to truly love. Loving with patience, Loving with genuine kindness, Loving without envy in our hearts, humbly loving….Sometimes we just need to be reminded of the obvious.
Praying that no matter where you are today, especially if you felt unloved, that you would know that you are loved by Your Father.
