Hello family,
We are super excited to share with all of you that next Friday we will have our first meeting of the year!! As many of you know, the month of January is Human Trafficking Awareness month and in helping to bring awareness to this horrific crime, we are blessed to have Susette Valdes speaking. Susette is the Director of Glory House of Miami, which plays a significant role in helping the victims of sex trafficking. “The mission of the Glory House of Miami is to restore to freedom and health those rescued from sex trafficking. To provide a home and safe environment where rescued victims can be healed and fully restored through a Christ-centered approach.”
Sadly, the events leading up to the Super Bowl will bring hundreds of human trafficking victims to our city. Please come out so you can learn more about simple ways you can identify these victims and ways you can help them.
We will also have our annual Blessing of The Badge. If you would like your badge or ID blessed, come on out as we will have a small ceremony to bless them.
We will be meeting at the PBA located at 10680 NW 25th Street Doral, Fl @ 1900 hours for food and fellowship. We will start with worship at 19:30 hours.
This will be a gathering that you will want to invite family, friends and even neighbors. Let’s come together and put some significant damage on this dark industry.
